Meet our Summer Member Spotlight ???? Erica A. Thomas is the founder of Eating With Erica, an Atlanta-based recipe and restaurant blog. Her dining expertise and entertaining tips have been featured on Good Morning America, CNN, Essence Magazine, Thrillist, Food & Wine, Eater Atlanta and Fox 5 Atlanta. ????

Erica has worked with brands such as Woodford Reserve, Starbucks, St. Regis, Hidden Valley Ranch, Walmart, Panera Bread, Chambord, Good Foods, Sparkling Ice, Tillamook Cheese and more. Erica is currently a brand ambassador for Stella Artois, Lamarca Prosecco, La Fête Rosé, and The Dairy Alliance. As an avid traveller and foodie, Erica’s blog has been invited to travel and feature chefs and restaurants throughout the world, visiting cities such as Singapore, Bali, Koh Samui, Dubai, Kingston, and Hong Kong to name a few! After traveling for years and finding inspiration throughout her travels, she has expanded her brand beyond dining and entertaining and has launched her home line with her loving husband Desmond Thomas. Erica loves supporting women and recently launched her podcast “Owning Her Seat” which is available on Youtube, Apple, and Spotify. Owning Her Seat features women who are breaking through glass ceilings in hospitality, culinary and entrepreneurship.
