Perfectly Portioned Nutrition & Perfectly Portioned Wellness Presents Happy Hormones Workshop
Join us for an evening discussing hormones, energy & sex.
Have you been wondering if your hormone shifts are zapping your energy, causing weight gain, and affecting your libido then this event is for you!
When given the right tools, hormone shifts don’t have to be chaotic.
Our evening will include the following:
PPN| Jessica Todd, MS, RDN, LD will provide a delicious tasting of a hormone-balancing meal served with your choice of Prosecco or our signature hormone mocktail.
PPW| Margot Witteveen, MS, RDN, LD will educate on everyday hormone struggles such as PCOS, endometriosis, and perimenopause/menopause. Nothing is off-limits to discuss!
ATL Pelvic Health| Dr. Katie Moise will share common pelvic floor issues such as constipation and vaginal dryness.
Skincare | Address Oasis is a handmade, cruelty-free body care line designed to help you create an oasis no matter your location. We created a luxury 4-part system to help you make one less decision with your body care products and empower women to pause and focus on themselves by creating an intentional ritual.
You will walk away with a roadmap to help treat your hormone symptoms, a fantastic swag bag and a fun night with women like you who are ready to tackle and discuss all things hormones.

Perfectly Portioned Nutrition & Perfectly A workshop on planning the future for Neurodiverse Students presented by Parallel Consulting.
What we do at Parallel
We consult with families on creating plans to transition Neurodiverse adolescents (such as teenagers with Autism, ADHD, and other learning or developmental disorders) from secondary education to adulthood.
Bio
Meaghan Timko and Dana Zavatkay, PhD, are both consultants who have worked in the field of education and neurodiversity for over 20 years. In 2020, they decided to focus their work efforts on the most underserved area of their field, the transition to adulthood. Meaghan and Dana work internationally consulting with families and businesses on global solutions. Their newly published book, The RoadMap Lab, is a strategic approach to planning a future of dignity, purpose, opportunity, and independence for Neurodiverse teens and young adults.
Workshop
If you have or know someone with a Neurodiverse child, teen, or young adult, learn how to think more strategically about planning for the future! Walk away with an idea of how to start looking at the right opportunities and organizing your own journey.
